Little LogBook keeps SARS happy

Mbeleni Data Solutions has developed an innovative device to satisfy the need for an inexpensive automated logbook solution that is capable of generating SARS compliant logbook reports.

“The device is aimed at the taxpayer claiming for business mileage from SARS, companies that bill their clients for mileage and the employee claiming for travel expenses,” says Andre Swanepoel, managing director of Mbeleni Data Solutions.

Using GPS technology, Little LogBook, automatically memorises all the trips undertaken. This information is easily adapted to generate business mileage and SARS compliant reports.

“Launching at a once-off R899, with no monthly charges and a 14 day swopout warranty, Little LogBook has taken South Africa by storm. Further developments are currently underway and the device will soon be available to fleet owners, allowing them to manage their fleet at a fraction of the cost,” says Andre Swanepoel.
