Truly endless timing belts from Megaflex are particularly suitable for high tensile loading, power transmission and high speed operations. Rotary blowing machines for PET bottle production are demanding in all these areas.

Available from 1500 to 22 700 mm in length, each belt is custom-made from 92° ShA thermoplastic polyurethane, with multicore high tensile steel reinforcement cords. This combination gives the optimum performance in high shock and heavy loading situations. Megaflex is also available in a double sided version, where the belt engages with toothed pulleys on both sides of the belt.
