Tectra Automation was the first company outside of Bosch Rexroth to pass a stringent technology audit on electric drives and controls. The three-day audit was conducted at Tectra’s Meadowdale premises by international auditors from Bosch Rexroth in Germany. A minimum pass rate of 80% is required in each of the seven criteria: organisation, goals, repair process, spare part process, field service, training process and support process.
“This accreditation confirms that the service and support we offer our customers conform to the high standards that Bosch Rexroth sets for its distributors,” boasts Georg Venter, divisional manager, electric drive and controls, Tectra Automation. The Hytec Group’s business management system (BMS), which is applied across all its subsidiaries, ties in with the group’s SANS accreditation and fits perfectly with the requirements from Bosch Rexroth.
