Artic Driers launches two new products

1st Quarter 2017 News & events

Artic Driers International recently held a highly successful in-house exhibition at the company’s premises in Benoni. Clients were personally invited and hosted by members of the Artic sales team. This allowed personal interaction with sales staff, who demonstrated the wide variety of equipment on display. The show introduced two new product ranges into the South African market: a completely new range of dryers and a complete range of retrofit filter elements.

The new R Class range of compressed air dryers is split into two groups. The SSD series with stainless steel heat exchangers and condensate separators ranges from 1,8 to 4,5 m³/min. These units are simply designed, rugged and extremely cost effective. The larger PD series is fitted with monoblock nano-coated aluminium heat exchangers. This coating prevents dirt adhering to the exchanger surfaces. The PD range of electrical components is manufactured by Schneider and dryers are fitted with a wide variety of freon circuit and electrical safety devices. The operator panel has high and low pressure gauges along with a 4-station temperature display panel, making supervision quick and easy. All R Class dryers are fitted with eco-friendly gases and carry a warranty backed by Artic Driers’ in-house after sales crew.

Artic also launched its own range of retrofit filter elements to suit a broad range of filter casings used in the compressed air industry. These elements are highly cost-effective and are manufactured in the UK to international standards. Four common brands will be held in stock at the Benoni warehouse. Other brands will have a ten day turnaround time from date of order to delivery.
