CMG Electric Motors South Africa supplies the local industry with a wide range of quality electric motors, designed to world class specifications. CMG is now part of Regal Beloit Corporation in the USA, a manufacturer of mechanical and electrical motion control and power generation products that supplies global markets ranging from heavy industry to high technology.

A sample of CMG’s product range will be on view at Electra Mining 2010. The exhibit will include the PPA range of premium efficiency motors which exceed Eff1 standards; the SGA cast iron motors offering low temperature rise, excellent electrical characteristics and robust strength; the SLA series built in lightweight aluminium frames which are ideal for smokespill and OEM applications where minimal axial shaft movement is critical; and the small frame MT cast aluminium, single phase motors.

Visitors will have an opportunity to discuss the specifications of CMG’s range.
