Tectra Automation has launched Bosch Rexroth’s newest innovation, Ecoshape, to the local market.
This is a flexible, tubular framing system that combines all the advantages of a stable modular profile system. It is versatile and fully compatible with Bosch Rexroth’s manual production system (MPS) and basic mechanical elements (MGE).
Ecoshape makes clever connections
The tubular framing system is based on re-usable and recyclable anodised aluminium profiles and also includes caps and connection elements. Special adapters for the aluminium profiles from Bosch Rexroth’s MGE modular system are available for constructions requiring high load-bearing abilities. Thanks to a connection technology that can compensate for length tolerances, workers can easily set up aluminium tubes on-site. The clever connection elements are screwed together, ensuring secure and torsion-proof assembly. The design makes it easy to connect square and round elements.
The system also saves on design time as the components of the tubular framing system are included in Bosch Rexroth’s MRpro planning software. Using the drag-and-drop facility, the desired components can conveniently be assembled within a virtual 3D scene.
Ecoshape is suitable for use in any industry, and applications include work trolleys, workstations, flow racks, supermarket racks, transport racks and material shuttles.
