Norgren, distributed exclusively in South Africa by Ernest Lowe, has extended its tried and tested range of 18D pressure switches with a new low-temperature version.

Designated the 18D LT, the pressure switch is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications requiring a wide operating temperature range of between -40 to +85°C. Suitable for pneumatic applications with operating pressures from -100 kPa to 1,6 MPa and for neutral, gaseous and liquid non-combustible fluids, they suit mobile applications such as trains, trams and other rail vehicles as well as for commercial vehicles and mobile construction machinery.

The switch is available in G, NPT and flange fluid connections and the featured micro switches are UL and CSA approved.
