Own-brand airline equipment

Fourth Quarter 2005 News & events

Imported, quality filters, regulators and lubricators are now available under the Elco label. Ernest Lowe has just released a brand-new range of filters, regulators and lubricators under its own Elco label. These top-quality, imported components are user-friendly and feature modular design and tool-free servicing at affordable prices.

The Elco own-brand airline equipment protects valuable equipment from wear and corrosion affordably, thanks to a low ownership cost and widespread availability. The FRL system offers efficient water and particle removal, a micro-fog lubricator for most general-purpose pneumatic applications, quick-release bayonet bowls and all-round visibility of the lubricator sight-feed dome for easy drip-rate setting. Push-to-lock adjusting knobs are offered with a tamper-resistant option.

Regulator design is set up for both in-line and modular installation, while full-flow gauge ports and balanced valve design delivers optimum pressure control. Standard relieving models allow for the reduction of downstream pressure when the system is dead-ended and manifold regulators can be banked together to provide numerous regulated pressures from a common primary pressure.

Lubricators feature a flow sensor to provide a nearly constant oil/air ratio over a wide range of flows and filter design allows for either in-line or modular installation with other products.

Available in ½, ¾ and 1" models, together with a full range of accessories and 40 m filter elements, Elco airline equipment offers international quality at local pricing with a full back-up and guarantee service. Elco products are available countrywide from the comprehensive Ernest Lowe branch and distribution network.
