'Practical Engineering Design 1.' - a goldmine of information

The result is a goldmine of useful information. Avoiding masses of calculus, its scope is quite broad and practical, including useful information for many areas of mechanical engineering. The 296-page, soft-cover A4 book sells for a little over R200 - which is in line with the author's desire to have as many people begin 'speaking SI' as soon as possible - which certainly would make life easier for all of us.
