Always a market for quality

First Quarter 2006 News & events

Since the establishment of Hydromobile as an importer of hydraulic components in 1991, the company has grown as a reliable hydraulic supplier to the hydraulic industry. Over the years it has successfully negotiated sole distributorships with various suppliers and now has a comprehensive product range to supply many different industries.

Hydromobile's range of hydraulic components can be found in applications such as mines, the machine tool industry, agricultural, industrial industries, etc.

Its principles are to strive for excellence, with a long-term operation in mind. The company is a high volume supplier of Hystar solenoid valves, Dinoil hand control valves, Filpro Italy filters and accessories, Hydr-App mini AC and DC powerpacks as well as various other products.

Hydromobile has developed into one of the largest powerpack suppliers in South Africa, with a qualified technical team to back the company's commitment to quality, reliability, service and cost effectiveness.

The business has grown noticeably in the design and production of special units to suit individual and mechanical handling needs, complete with electrical control by relays or solid-state relays or PLC systems. Hydromobile also provides a wide range of standard units to solve the majority of non-specialised situations offering simple solutions for today's problems. All powerpacks are tested to stringent standards and checked for correct operation, in accordance with customer specification.

Its electrohydraulic actuator has been developed to meet market trend for more efficient hydraulic systems. The actuator is unique in the sense that it is an integral unit incorporating a hydraulic cylinder with powerpack. Actuators are available from 40 mm bore to 125 mm bore cylinders, with various mountings.

Through its investments in computer systems, Hydromobile is able to monitor stock levels and provide the comprehensive service that its clients expect.

Hydromobile offers a three-day training course as a service to its customers at a very competitive price. The course is designed to give students a better understanding of products available in the industry as well as how the products work.

Hydromobile is located in Spartan, Kempton Park, Gauteng, its location is central and close to most courier companies and the airport, therefore making it easy to distribute throughout the country.
