As EMC and screening is an important part of the total process automation environment, Lapp Cable has developed a low capacitance, screened power cable with a 600/1000 V rating. This cable is suited for high noise areas of electromagnetic interference and would suit applications such as: automotive, conveyor, machine tool manufacture, paper industry, packaging industry and even textile production. Advantages include double shielding, low capacitance for low-loss transfer of power. Split protective conductor for better EMC performance. Black version for outdoor UV protection. Class 5 stranding for a 15x OD when bending. The cable is manufactured in sizes from 1,5 to 240 mm² and it is available in four cores without split earth and three core with the split earth, and complies to both DIN and EN standards.
