Charles Walters has been appointed CEO of Bearing Man, a subsidiary of Invicta ­Holdings.

Charles Walters (BSc. (Mech. Eng.), B.Comm.) has worked for the Anglo ­American Corporation for 14 years, initially as a mining engineer and later as managing director of Mondi Sales International, based in Ireland.

Jenny Manyelo has been appointed to the position of group HR practitioner for Hytec Holdings.

Jenny completed her B.Sc. Honours in Social Sciences in London in 1989. Other ­qualifications include a Post Graduate ­Certificate in Industrial Relations, a ­business ­management diploma from Wits Technikon and The Top Echelon management development program from Wits ­University. Jenny has been employed by Afrox since September 1991, her last position being that of regional HR practitioner.

Christian Chipamaunga has been appointed managing director of SKEFKO, as part of SKF’s BBBEE initiative.
