Donaldson is expanding its international footprint with the establishment of a new distribution centre and office block in Longmeadow Business Park, Modderfontein, Johannesburg.
Having entered the local market in 1965, Donaldson has progressively expanded its operations and product offerings. In the last four years alone the heavy-duty filtration solutions provider has more than doubled in size. This new facility will provide the infrastructure necessary for further expansion both locally and into sub-Saharan Africa.
The Longmeadow facility was completed in September 2006 and will house the Engine and Industrial Divisions in a modern office environment. The large distribution centre is ideally located and has been purpose built to handle higher volumes of product, a factor which is expected to even further enhance our service levels to customers. The manufacturing operations in Alrode will remain where they are for the time being.
