Hydraulic testers produce fast response with simple operation

Designed for fast diagnostic troubleshooting of many types of mobile or stationary ­hydraulic systems and components, Flo-tech’s portable hydraulic testers make all flow, pressure and temperature measurements simultaneously from one point. The testers are compact, durable and self-contained with laboratory accuracy.

Flo-tech’s PFM6 Flo-check Digital Hydraulic Test Unit has a full-range accuracy of ±1% with a turbine flow sensor that gives fast response. It features a large 3½ digit LCD for both flow and temperature, a platinum resistance thermometer, and a swept wet well that is fast and accurate. The simple one toggle switch controls power, flow and temperature. The load valve offers fingertip control of pressure to 6000 psi (41,4 MPa).

Another Flo-tech model, the PFM6BD, has the same features as the PFM6, but provides in-line testing of servo systems, valves and bi-directional motors.

The PFM8 tester and dynamometer has a front panel for US or metric readings and a large, easy-to-use membrane switch that selects flow, temperature, pressure and power. It reads digital pressure to 6000 psi (41,4 MPa) and the dynamometer reads HP and kW directly. The low noise input circuitry provides steadier readings when flow is pulsating or cavitating. An auto/off automatically turns power off after 5 minutes with no flow signal. This model also has the same features as the PFM6.

Flo-tech products are specially designed for field service, production testing, industrial processing and many other applications requiring dependable, accurate measurements at a reasonable cost.
