Spirax-Sarco’s compact LE range of two-port control valves and PN9000 actuators have been designed with the needs of equipment manufacturers in mind. The valve range features a self centring clamp in place seat ring ensuring easy maintenance and excellent shut off performance. The range is suitable for steam, gas or liquid systems and contains many features and options normally only associated with higher cost solutions.
Pre-calibrated for simple and quick installation, the LE range is compact in size and lightweight giving greater design flexibility. The quality assured design and manufacture ensures low lifetime costs.
The LE range includes a compact, multispring actuator with a fail open or fail close operation. Pressure rating to PN16 and valve sizes from DN15 to DN100 are available. A standard chevron ring seal with high temperature graphite or bellows seal option, and a guided valve plug stem for low friction operation and lateral stress support are offered.
Equal percentage flow characteristic with a quick opening option is standard, while the soft seal option provides bubble tight shut-off to ANSI class V1.
