Hydraulic & Automation Warehouse (HAW), a member of the Hytec Group of Companies, has opened a branch in Pinetown to accommodate the increasing demand for the HAW range of specialised hoses and fittings in the area.
The office is headed up by manager Gerrit Barnard who was promoted from Hytec external sales in Johannesburg.

The Pinetown branch of HAW is also supported by Hytec KZN branches in Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Richards Bay.
HAW stocks a comprehensive range of hose and hose ends, steel tube and steel tube fittings, adaptors, quick couplers and accessories. The hose and hose ends offering includes single wire, two wire, multispiral and non conductive hoses that conform to SAE and/or DIN specifications. These hoses are available with pressure ratings of up to 420 bar and with internal diameters varying from 6 to 50 mm. The range also includes the newly added Intertraco high quality, cost-effective hose fittings.
HAW's range of accessories includes pipe clamps, pressure gauges, as well as two- and three-way ball valves. The company also distributes a range of mobile control valves, tie rod cylinders and slow speed, high torque hydraulic motors.
The company is the appointed agent for Walterscheid in South Africa and also counts the efficient WALForm and WALRing tube connecting systems in its offering.
