Scuderia Ferrari's long-term technical partner, SKF, shares the racer's joy in making a clean sweep of the honours in the 2007 FIA Formula One World Championship.
One of the cars that won Ferrari two FIA Formula One World Championship titles in 2007
Through its dedicated Racing Unit, SKF supplied all of the bearings on the Ferrari F1 car that Kimi Raikkonen guided to the world drivers' championship at the 2007 Brazilian Grand Prix, while the on-track successes of Raikkonen and team-mate Felipe Massa also guaranteed the legendary Italian marque success in the race for the F1 constructors' title at the same race.
As well as being a respected manufacturer and supplier of OE-quality components to the worldwide vehicle aftermarket, the bearing manufacturer is one of the longest-serving suppliers to Ferrari's F1 outfit and each of its 200 mph racing cars features around 150 precision bearings that have been designed and manufactured by SKF.
At the end of an exciting F1 season, full of unpredictable twists, the company is even more pleased to celebrate its 60-year relationship as a technical partner and supplier to Ferrari.
