SKF Maintenance Products, part of the SKF group, recently introduced a new single-point automatic lubricator; the SKF System 24 LAGE series.
The SKF System 24 LAGE single point lubricator is easy to install
The company’s vast experience in the development of rolling bearings forms the basis for the development of a wide range of high quality lubricators to help ensure the best lubrication practices. For more than a decade the SKF System 24 family of automatic lubricators has proved to be to be the best in class, offering a comprehensive range of reliable lubrication solutions.
The new LAGE Series is the latest addition to the SKF System 24 family and is a single point electro mechanically driven automatic lubricator which is suitable for a wide range of applications and operating conditions. The unit’s dispense setting is user adjustable to 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Combined with the company’s DialSet program (available from mapro.skf.com), the dispense setting is easy to calculate for a wide range of bearings and operating conditions. Once set, the lubricator will deliver the optimum amount of lubricant to the application for the required time period without requiring user intervention.
These re-usable lubricators are cost effective and are supplied with a wide range of high quality SKF lubricants, each specifically formulated for the respective field of application. Once the lubricant canister is empty, a refill set can be ordered and used with the drive unit. System 24 is supplied ready-to-use, is easy to install and activate and requires no special operator training.
