After 45 years service to the industry, Hydraulics and Pneumatics still plays an integral role in the hydraulic and pneumatic component supply chain and is now under brand new management. The company has the sole agency for the premier Camozzi brand of pneumatic valves, cylinders, FRLs, fittings and tubing. Other ranges include Hy-lok stainless steel and brass instrumentation valves and fittings; Aignep quick couplings, ball valves and manifolds; Wade brass imperial valves and fittings; RGS electro-pneumatic valves; and SHPI plastic tubes and fittings.
These meet specialised needs across a wide range of applications. The company’s main business focus is on the water desalination, mining, steam and gas industries. Other markets are wood, confectionery and pharmaceutical machinery suppliers which use the components in more robust conditions.
Hydraulics and Pneumatics still operates from its Linbro Business Park premises in Sandton. The company is 100% BEE accredited and all brands carry a minimum ISO 9001 certification.
