Coremo brakes and clutches are used in the mining industry worldwide on draglines, conveyors, minewinders, locomotives and ventilation systems. Accurate design, continuous product innovation and high quality components make the brakes and clutches safe and reliable, even in heavy duty applications.
Coremo is based in Italy and has a 5000 m² factory where all products are assembled and tested. The most crucial machining operations are executed in-house. The company has been ISO 9001 certified since 1994 and upgraded its quality system to Vision 2000 in 2002. The technical department offers advice on the selection of the best brake or clutch through calculation software tools based on FEM analysis.
Half of the company’s turnover is exported through a network of authorised distributors. Coremo brakes and clutches are known for their reliability, strength, ease of use and maintenance, long life, competitive price and fast delivery. Coremo’s strategy is centred around customer satisfaction and this has ensured the company’s long-term success.
Coremo will be exhibiting at Electra Mining 2012. Representatives Giovanni Taverna and Chiara Traversi will be accompanied by Pneumatic Electric Control Systems (PECS) staff.
