SAFPA has been working with a private FET facility and MERSETA to develop formal and recognised training in hydraulics and pneumatics to meet these new requirements. They now have a way forward that they wish to present to the fluid power industry, one that they believe will meet with approval and a favourable response. This will be in compliance with MERSETA requirements and will achieve national recognition at NQF levels 2, 3 & 4.
The training programme and all the financial and educational benefits will be explained in detail by representatives from MERSETA and the FET concerned at an Open Day on Tuesday 23rd June at the Sparrow FET College in Westdene.
This is of extreme importance to the industry as a whole and SAFPA look forward to seeing you at the Open Day.
