Donaldson is renowned for innovative filtration solutions and, as part of ongoing R&D, has developed the oval type cartridge filter, which reduces the installation footprint and provides increased filtration efficiency. These filters are utilised in the Donaldson Torit system. The company has provided numerous Torit downflo cartridge type filters for Macsteel’s plate cutting tables. Cartridge type filters have been set as an industry standard and have proven to be extremely effective, with emission levels below 5 mg/Nm³.
IAF contract sales manager, Jacques Cato says that Donaldson Torit engineers its cartridge collectors to capture the broadest possible spectrum of dust particles that inhabit the production environment. “We have a team of highly experienced and dedicated sales engineers that are capable of providing customised solutions for each dust or fume application,” he says. “Donaldson Torit provides a complete range of cartridge collectors that cost-effectively enhance productivity and manufacturing efficiency. These include portable and central collectors, source and ambient collectors, pressurisation filters, booth-type collectors and weld benches.”
Donaldson is a leading provider of filtration systems worldwide. Customers are supported at more than 100 sales, manufacturing, and distribution locations around the world.
