Hydraulic & Automation Warehouse (HAW) has rejuvenated its relationship with KTR Systems (KTR), a leader in drive technology, brake systems, cooling systems, and hydraulic components. The partnership will bolster HAW’s service capabilities and ensure faster turnaround times, as the two companies share premises.
The history between HAW and KTR dates back to 2006 when HAW became the official distributor of KTR products in South Africa. The renewed partnership offers HAW several benefits. KTR will supply HAW with competitively priced, high-quality products with competitive lead times. KTR will provide technical support on its products. and offer technical training to sales and engineering staff. Both companies will also seek out business opportunities that benefit both parties. The partnership provides effective and cost-efficient solutions for clients’ application requirements.
KTR general manager, Gavin Doran explained the significance of the collaboration. “The partnership aligns perfectly with our strategy of working closely with leading partners in specific countries and markets to grow the business for KTR globally,” he said. HAW general manager, Ralph Palphramand expressed his enthusiasm for the renewed partnership. “KTR’s quality products and technical support, combined with HAW’s extensive sales network, help leverage our common goals for exceptional customer service,” he stated.
