A quality suction line solution

A pump suction line system from Austrian company, ASA Hydraulik, is available from Hydraulic Tools in Cape Town. This has been developed for hydraulic systems, and is compact, cost effective and safe. The system comprises a butterfly valve and a rubber compensator, which facilitates fitting a short, neat, steel-fabricated suction line. The rubber compensator takes care of any movement between the tank and the pump, as well as any vibration or misalignment. If required, a proximity switch (or mechanical limit switch) is available to signal open or closed position of the butterfly valve.

The butterfly valves and the rubber compensators have SAE 3000 series mounting flanges with sizes ranging from 1¼” to 5”.
