Honingcraft Moser offers a complete solution for the support of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and hard chrome plating. The company specialises in the supply of hydraulic cylinder tubing, induction and Ck45 chromestock as well as cast iron. It imports Ck45 hard chromium plated bars, induction hardened bars and cold drawn and welded hydraulic tubes that comply with national and international specifications with variations of honed and unhoned tubing.
In addition, Honingcraft Moser’s extensive range of services includes internal and external honing, hard chrome plating and cylindrical internal and external grinding. The company is one of only a handful of honing specialists in the world and owns and operates some of the world’s most sophisticated honing machines capable of honing to extremely precise measurements. The aquisition of Moser Hardchrome has allowed Honingcraft to increase its chroming and grinding capacity substantially and provide chroming and grinding shaft lengths of up to 10 metres and diameters of up to 1300 mm.
Its machining services include every aspect of cylinder, barrel and steel rod manufacturing. The comprehensive machining shop is capable of high precision boring, milling, grinding and polishing. Another service is the reconditioning of hydraulic cylinder rods and barrels.
