Hytec Group member Power Team offers one of the largest ranges of mechanical and hydraulic industrial puller ranges available today. With capacities ranging from 1 to 25 t(force) in mechanical and 6 to 100 t(force) in hydraulic pullers, including mechanical push pullers of up to 50 t(force) capacity, the company is well positioned to advise customers on the appropriate unit for their particular applications. One of the strongest products in its range is the Hydra Grip-O-Matic. Known to be 'the world's most copied' puller design, the Grip-O-Matic introduced the idea of 'the harder the pulling force, the tighter the jaws grip'. All Power Team pullers are based on the Grip-O-Matic design.

This self-contained pulling system combines a puller, hydraulic cylinder and built-in hand pump, all contained within a lightweight carrying case. Its bright chrome finish resists corrosion, while an integral safety relief valve prevents overloading. Heat-treated, forged alloy steel provides much more strength and durability than a casting, and rapid adjustment is made possible through its innovative design. Other advantages include a rotating pump handle, bladder type oil reservoir for operation in any position, multiple cross-bolt mounting for added versatility and an easily metered release valve control knob.

Another popular puller from Power Team is the unique 100 t(force) Railroad roller bearing puller/installer, of which there are currently 30 in operation in South Africa. Designed with the cooperation of major bearing manufacturers, this unit is custom manufactured to remove and install bearings on railroad wheel sets. The units are CSA certified and come complete with a heavy-duty 100 t(force) hydraulic cylinder, 70 MPa pump with remote control solenoid valve, hydraulic pressure gauge, a pulling shoe and installing tube for various bearing sizes.
