Fourth Quarter 2004 Hydraulic systems & components

Gauteng-based Fluidline, leading supplier of quality fluid system components to the instrumentation and mechanical markets, has appointed two new distributors, one in Rustenburg and the other in Durban, to accommodate Fluidline's growing customer base. A branch in Cape Town is planned for the immediate future.

Fluidline owner, Brett Olivier, comments, "As sole South African Uni-Lok agent, we have already secured substantial market share with this well-known and respected product range we are able to offer our customers a quality product at very competitive prices."

The proven design and quality of the Uni-Lok product range is globally accepted and used in a variety of industries including oil and gas, chemical and petrochemicals, iron and steel, pulp and paper, mining, general industrial, etc. Established in 1984, ISO 9001 accredited Uni-Lok applies strict quality control measures during the manufacture of stainless steel tube fittings and instrumentation valves. The valve range includes high-pressure ball, needle, check, gauge, bleed and manifold valves.

Fluidline supplies made to order air header manifolds, condensate and seal pots and stainless steel hoses. The range also includes mechanical valves, tubing in various materials, Npt and Bsp fittings, and other allied products and accessories, and offers complete project and bulk order supply. A new range of pressure reducing valves and regulators has been added recently with pressure relief valves planned for this year as well.

"We foresee further expansion of the Uni-Lok range and, with our reputation for reliability, product excellence and after sales service, we can guarantee the supply of the right product for every application," concludes Brett.
