Hydraulic filters from Commercial Shearing

First Quarter 2007 Hydraulic systems & components

Commercial Shearing stocks a wide range of hydraulic filters. The filters are used on various types of hydraulic and lubrication circuits.

Spin-on filters

In line spin-on filters with disposable cartridges are suitable for applications in low pressure on suction or return lines of hydraulic and lubrication circuits. Filter heads are available with connection ports from 3/4" (1,9 cm) up to 1" (2,5 cm) BSP; models UCF410 and UCF415 are available with S.A.E. ports 1½" (3,8 cm) split flange). The filters series UCF and UCR are designed for both European and American standard cartridge elements.

Return line filters

UCMF series filters are suitable for applications on the return line of hydraulic circuits, installed semi-immersed in the oil tank. They are available with connection ports from 1/2" (1,3 cm) up to 2" (5,1 cm) and flow rate from 30 up to 400 litres per minute. The filters series UCMF are supplied as standard with a by-pass valve in the cartridge.

Suction and return line filters

Filters series UCF are suitable for applications on suction or return line of hydraulic circuits, installed semi-immersed in the oil tank. They are available with connection ports from 1/2" (1,3 cm) up to 1¼" (3,2 cm) and flow rate from 30 up to 180 litres per minute. The filters series UCFR are supplied with a by-pass valve in the cartridge.

In line high pressure filters

The UCHL series filters are suitable for in-line installation on high-pressure hydraulic applications with flow rate up to 400 litres per minute. They are available in BSP threaded connections. The filters series are available with by-pass valves set at 6 bar (600 kPa), reverse flow and visual clogging indicators.

Suction strainers

Filters series USP are suitable for applications in the suction line of the pump, submerged in the reservoir. They are available in connection ports from 3/8" (1 cm) up to 2" (5,1 cm) BSP and flow rate up to 760 liters per minute. The filters series USP are available with or without by-pass valves.
