Artic Driers International has announced the launch of the HRE series of heat regenerative adsorption compressed air dryers from Jemaco Flair of Busan, South Korea. Established in 1987, Jemaco is part of the SPX group which has eight other air and gas dryer manufacturing plants located at key points around the world.
The HRE series is manufactured to ASME pressure vessel codes and is a long cycle dryer with reduced air purge wastage and heated regeneration air. They are suited for use in applications that require either -40 or -70°C pressure dew point compressed air.
The manufacturers claim that HRE dryers reduce expensive air purge wastage by 50% and provide consistent dew point performance 24/7. The units are available with a variety of optional extras that will enable operators to monitor performance easily.
Industries in which this style of dryer is used include automotive, plastic blow moulding, process and petrochemical.
