Hydromobile recently took the strategic decision to expand its agricultural product range. The company is now importing gearboxes and pulley supports to complement its existing products for the agricultural market. These existing products include the Harvester cylinders which are a direct replacement for tie rod cylinders, filters, control valves and gear pumps.
The gearboxes of the ML and B series are used mainly for connecting hydraulic pumps to the power take-offs (PTO) of agricultural tractors. Using the gearboxes, the PTO output, standardised at either 540 or 1000 rpm, is increased to optimum operating speeds for hydraulic pumps.
The SU series pulley supports are used in belt drive schemes to drive hydraulic pumps and support strong radial and axial loads.
The mechanical clutches of the IM series and the electromagnetic clutches of the IE series are also used in pump drive trains and hydraulic motor drive trains but they allow their disengagement if they are not used, preventing premature wear of the disengaged control and transmission elements.
