The SEW-Eurodrive mechatronic drive solution MOVIGEAR was introduced to satisfy the complex requirements demanded of horizontal conveyor technology in a wide range of industries, such as automotive, the food and beverage industry, airport logistics and intralogistics.
The drive solution offers a number of benefits over conventional drive solutions. These include compact design, high overload capacity, short commissioning and start-up times, low noise emissions, and lower installation and energy costs.
Instead of requiring separate cables for energy and communication transmission, this drive’s single line technology requires just one cable, cutting down on installation costs.
