DICSA hydraulic fittings

3rd Quarter 2010 Hydraulic systems & components

Fluid Flow Contracting now has the sole agency in South Africa for the Spanish company DICSA. The product list has a complete range of hydraulic hoses, hose ends, DIN 2353 steel tube fittings, pumps, control valves, accessories, bell housings and couplings.

Quality

DICSA is one of the largest suppliers of stainless steel, fittings and hose ends. All products are manufactured in Spain and all are certified and Det Norske Veritas approved. Product quality matches and exceeds all American and European manufacturers’ standards and specifications. With the new hose accreditation process now in progress, DICSA products will prove to be highly acceptable.

Traceability

The industry is entering a phase which requires safety of use and traceability of product, and DICSA guarantees this. For traceability every fitting is etched with a part number and material number which includes material type and heat number. All DICSA products can be supplied with 3.1B material certification on request.

Price

Price will be an important factor when dealing with Fluid Flow Contracting. The DICSA agency now allows the company to compete with local suppliers. Fluid Flow claims that it can offer prices up to 30% to 40% lower, together with quality not seen in many years.

Support

As an added support for customers, Fluid Flow hydraulics specialists will assist in compiling bills of material for hydraulic systems whether this involves huge turnkey projects or simple installations.
