Selecting the right pneumatic valve for your machine requires three important factors to be considered: shifting force, balance and speed.
In order to ensure a reliable valve, high shifting forces are required. A valve with a higher shifting force will have a faster speed and better reliability.
In many applications it is critical that the same result is achieved each time a valve shifts. A filling machine must fill bottles to the same levels. A sorting machine must eject bad parts consistently. To do this, a valve’s output must be repeatable at all pressure levels.
