New cylinders from Camozzi
3rd Quarter 2009
Pneumatic systems & components
Camozzi has extended its wide cylinder range with the addition of three new series.
Stainless steel mini-cylinders
The 94-95 Series stainless steel (AISI 304 and 316) single or double acting mini-cylinders are designed to DIN/ISO 6432. The Series 94 is a magnetic cylinder available in bores of 16, 20 and 25 mm. The Series 95 is a cushioned magnetic cylinder available in 25 mm bore. Stroke lengths range from 10 to 500 mm.
The series 94-95 is made for use in harsh environmental conditions such as off-shore, naval, pharmaceutical, food and nuclear application. All seals are easily replaceable.
Twin-rod cylinders
The Series QX offers a range of cylinders covering applications that require a guided linear movement. The design of the double piston, besides assuring a solid and effective integrated guide system and no rotational movement, offers double the force in compact dimensions.
This series is available in dual cylinders from 10 mm to 32 mm bore in double acting configurations.
Two guide versions are available: with sintered bronze bushes or with linear ball bearings.
Compact 32 Series
This compact cylinder has been made for installation in confined spaces. The new series complies with the ISO 21287 standard and can be used in conjunction with mountings/accessories suitable for other standard cylinders to DIN/ISO 6431/ VDMA 24562 (Series 60/61).
This series is available with bores from 20 to 100 mm, with strokes from 5 to 500 mm. Bodies and end blocks are manufactured from anodised aluminium, the piston is aluminium and the rod is rolled stainless steel rod AISI 303.
Options are available for high temperature applications.
