Guest speaker Doctor Carrol will present a lecture on cancers in women, the causes and their prevention. Doctor Carrol is a specialist surgeon specialising in breast surgery. She is the senior consultant to the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital; she is a lecturer for the Department of Surgery and head of the Johannesburg General Breast Clinic, national director of the Netcare Breast Care Centre of Excellence. She has her own practice in the Mill Park Hospital in Johannesburg.
